WHAT IS A CDWF?
As a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, my coaching includes exclusive videos and workbooks based on Brené Brown's research. The Daring Way™ and Rising Strong™ curriculums focus on developing shame resilience skills and a courage practice that transforms the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
Topics such as trust, vulnerability, shame, belonging, compassion and courage are the foundational areas we discuss in individual or group coaching.
The workshops are currently online and if you would like to explore the stories you tell yourself that are keeping you stuck, please reach out to lianne@authenticity101.com. We can decide together if joining a group might be the best thing you do for your self-care this year.
Facilitating rates are $125/hour+HST
