Who am I?
The common thread in my professional roles is that I will never ask you to do something that I'm not prepared to do myself. I have spent important time clarifying my core values, organizing my own home and working with coaches and therapists who have supported me through my own challenges. One of my favorite quotes is from Maya Angelou: "I did then what I knew how to do. Now that I know better, I do better."
I am the mom of a blended family of 8, who knows the grief of losing a marriage but also the serenity of forging a new and respectful relationship with the father of my children. I enjoy my current partnership which includes the pleasure and challenge of parenting and step-parenting. I am very familiar with the pull of perfectionism as a shield to vulnerability and understand how easily we turn to unhealthy coping strategies to protect ourselves from emotional pain. I started my career in Human Resources, did a detour through Consulting while home with my daughters and am now comfortably ensconced in Coaching, Facilitating and Professional Organizing.
As we work together, I will honestly share with you what I've learned in my own personal journey. Trust is built in small moments of intimate connection and in order to support you, I too have to be brave and vulnerable in our conversations. Courage is contagious so let's do this together.
FEES:
Professional Organizing $95/hour+HST
Coaching $125/hour+HST
Daring Way™ / Rising Strong™ Workshops $595+HST
