The common thread between all of my professional roles is that I will never ask you to do something that I'm not prepared to do myself. I have spent important time clarifying my core values, organizing challenging areas in my home and working with coaches to support me through my own struggles.
In our work together, I will be vulnerable with you, sharing what I've learned from my personal experiences and recovery journey. In order to support you, I too have to be brave. Courage is contagious so let's do this together.
